The youthrive Program is dedicated to empowering small and medium scale business owners around 4 key pillars:
1. Access to Funding: This program is set to empower over 700,000 people with N50 billion in loans. The program not only provides financial aid but also awards grants to the top-performing participants.

Eligibility Requirements for Access Bank Youthrive Program
You must belong to one of the following categories:
- Startup: A new business with less than 12 months in operation.
- Business Owner: An established business with more than 1 year in operation.
- Graduate: Tertiary institution degree holder seeking active employment or venturing into a new business.
- Non-Graduate: Young individuals with a minimum of a school leaving certificate seeking skill acquisition or starting a business venture.
