4 Pillars of the Access Bank youthrive Program

The youthrive Program is dedicated to empowering small and medium scale business owners around 4 key pillars:

1. Access to Funding: This program is set to empower over 700,000 people with N50 billion in loans. The program not only provides financial aid but also awards grants to the top-performing participants.

2. Capacity Development: Empower the youth with skills to help them become successful entrepreneurs.

3. Employment: The program helps offers employment opportunities for participants who complete the capacity development training.

4. Business Exchange: Exceptional entrepreneurs will be sponsored on Exchange Programs to prominent global destinations like The Netherlands, China, or India.

The youthrive program goes beyond these 4 pillars by offering invaluable support from industry experts, and enriching participants.

Eligibility Requirements for Access Bank Youthrive Program

You must belong to one of the following categories:

  • Startup: A new business with less than 12 months in operation.
  • Business Owner: An established business with more than 1 year in operation.
  • Graduate: Tertiary institution degree holder seeking active employment or venturing into a new business.
  • Non-Graduate: Young individuals with a minimum of a school leaving certificate seeking skill acquisition or starting a business venture.
