Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)
To qualify for this fully funded PhD scholarship, you must:
1. Hold (or be close to completing) a Master’s degree in:
- International Relations
- Conflict Studies
- Anthropology or a related field
2. Have a strong academic background in political science, conflict analysis, or AI governance.
3. Demonstrate a keen interest in the social and ethical dimensions of algorithmic warfare.
4. Be fluent in English (Dutch, Ukrainian, or Arabic is a plus).
5. Be open to working with policymakers, civil society, and the public.
