Since its inception, the program has accelerated over 1,500 social enterprises worldwide and engaged more than 850 fellows, researchers, and interns.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Be a senior leader (CEO, Executive Director, or Managing Director) of the organization.
  • Fluent in English or Spanish.
  • Have consistent internet access and proficiency in Excel.
  • Commit to participating fully in the six-month program, including weekly one-hour calls and dedicating time to action plans.

For Organizations:

  • Have at least $50,000 USD in annual earned revenue (not fully reliant on grants).
  • Employ at least three full-time staff or equivalents.
  • Have a three-month cash runway and a functional financial model.
  • Be committed to addressing poverty alleviation and supporting women’s economic empowerment or climate resilience.
  • Operate a proven impact model and be prepared to scale significantly.
